Intensive Workshops and Coaching . Happy couple Middle aged

Coaching and workshops for couples

In the busy lives that we lead and with childcare issues, it is sometimes a struggle for couples to find the time to commit to weekly or fortnightly sessions.
This is with this in mind that I offer intensive workshops for couples. Positive change can occur with intensive workshops and it requires less commitment than attending weekly couples therapy.
The Intensive Coaching sessions are suitable for couples of all sexual orientations.

I offer:
Communication and Connection. This is a 4-hour coaching intensive session for couples who argue frequently or feel that their relationship has gone awry.

Rekindling Sex. This is a one-day (6 hours) coaching intensive session for couples whose sex life is unsatisfying.

Healing after an affair. This is a two-day (12 hours) coaching intensive session for couples who want to heal their relationship after an affair.

Stepping into a conscious marriage. This is a one-day (6 hours) coaching intensive session for couples who want to learn all the best tools to make their marriage a long-lasting stable relationship. This is a useful workshop for couples who are about to get married and want to step into their marriage fully conscious. And it can be useful for couples already married who want to make some fundamental changes in their relationship.

Parenting. This is a 4-hour coaching intensive session for couples who want to make sure they have all the right psychological, emotional and practical tools to parent their children. This is a useful workshop for couples who are going to become parents for the first time. And it is a useful workshop for parents at any stages of their parenting (parenting a small child, teenager, etc.)

Recover after a divorce. This is a one-day (6 hours) coaching intensive session for individuals who have left a long-term relationship or divorced and want to recover emotionally, psychologically and practically in order to make the next step in their life.

These programmes are specifically designed to your own couple problems and needs.
Often couples only need a one-off Intensive Coaching session. And sometimes, couples enjoy occasional follow-up sessions.
It is also possible to arrange for several Intensive Coaching sessions scheduled throughout the year for more analysed progression.
The process and fees for the Intensive Coaching sessions for Couples is to be discussed in an initial consultation.

I also offer two-day Intensive Couples Therapy for couples who live far away or in an area where there isn't a couples therapist nearby, or for those who live abroad.
Two-Day Intensive Couples Therapy: Deeper Connection & New Communication
Two-Day Intensive Couples Therapy: After an Affair
Two-Day Intensive Couples Therapy: Rekindling Sex
These programmes are specifically designed to your own couple problems and needs. The process and fees for the two-day intensive is to be discussed in an initial consultation.
The initial consultation may be conducted online for couples who live abroad.

Intensive Workshops and Coaching . Happy Man

A Space For Men: a 12-week unique workshop for men

The #MeToo movement has given a much needed voice for women who have been hurt by Toxic Masculinity for too long. Faced with this movement, many men have started to question their masculine behaviours but they are lacking a space where they can safely explore their masculinity, reflect on their behaviours, become more self-aware and learn new ways of being a man.

Men of all ethnicity and sexual orientation struggle with what masculinity mean to them.

I have created a unique 12-week programme to help men explore their masculinity. It is not a group programme, sessions are private and confidential, on a one-to-one basis.

The programme is not therapy. It is a masculinity coaching programme, although there are many therapeutic elements to it. The programme incorporates psycho-education, behavioural interventions and therapeutic interventions.

The programme is tailored to your particular circumstances and needs. It may include:
  • An in-depth exploration of childhood and early adult experiences.
  • An in-depth exploration of Core Beliefs developed over time.
  • The thorough exploration of your meaning of masculinity and making sense of your masculine behaviours.
  • Making sense of emotions and learning to regulate emotions.
  • Assessment of traumatic memories (if any) and trauma therapy interventions.
  • Coaching for Modern Masculinity.
  • Behavioural interventions for Modern Masculinity.
  • Gaining a deeper understanding of your masculinity and learning new ways of being a man.

The Space for Men is a confidential, non-shaming, non-judgmental space where there is no risk of being criticised for exploring all aspects of masculinity.

I offer different workshops based on what you want your focus to be. All workshops are a 12-week programme, in a private and confidential space on a one-to-one basis.

  • A Space For Men: Men Do Cry.
75% of suicide recorded in Great Britain is male suicide. It is the most common cause of death for men aged between 20 and 49.
Often men 'bottle things up' because they perceive that expressing sadness is a sign of weakness and definitely not manly. The fear of being 'weak' can be paralysing and produce some rigid thoughts about masculinity.
This workshop aims to demystify those rigid ideas about masculinity: you can be a man and cry. You can be a man and be sad. You can be a man and ask for help. It's ok to talk.
Over the course of 12 weeks, together, we will begin to make sense of your emotions and learning new ways to express and regulate them. We may also find some new strategies to look after yourself.
This workshop is not therapy. It is a Masculinity Coaching Workshop with some therapeutic elements.

  • A Space For Men: Masculinity & Eros.
Many men feel anxious about their sex life. Poor sex education combined with many myths on how men should be like in bed can create much anxiety.
Some men believe that they shouldalways have an erection, and stay erect throughout the sex act.
Some men feel their penis is not big enough.
Some men think that penetration is the only way to be manly in bed.
Some men think that their friends have a better sex life than them.
Some men think that men shouldbe seducers, with high energy, and doing hard-impact sex acts.
The truth is that men can express their masculinity and their sexuality is very many different ways.
In this 12-week workshop aims to explore in depth your erotic mind and find out what is arousing for you and what are your peak turn-ons. Together, we will begin to make sense of it and identify what works for you sexually. We will re-frame how you can understand your masculinity and your sexuality in a way that is unique to you so that you can enjoy a fulfilling sex life.
This workshop is not therapy. It is a Masculinity Coaching Workshop with some therapeutic elements as well as some sex education, if needed.

  • The Rainbow Space.
This is a space for men who self-identity as gay, bisexual or men who have sex with men (MSM).
As we live in a hetero-normative world, it is easy for gay and bisexual men and MSM to lose their way and be confused with what masculinity mean to them. Some men think that being masculine means having a lot of muscles. Others think that being masculine is being the 'top' rather than 'bottom' with anal sex.
In the sexualised gay culture, there is a big pressure to always look good, to have great bodies and to always be sexual.
In our hetero-normative world, there isn't much models of diverse same-sex relationships. Men are often left confused how to what a relationship with another man may mean to them. Some men wonder whether they want to be monogamous or polyamorous, or something else in between.
Some men struggle with their sexual orientation and suffer with homo-negativity. Sometimes homo-negativity is overt, but very often it is so covert that it is undetected.
Some men struggle with their sex life and have sexual dysfunctions. Some others resort to drugs to help them with anxiety and homo-negativity.
Some men feel lonely and struggle to connect meaningfully with other gay men on the gay scene.
Some feel still feel hurt and traumatised for being rejected by their family because of their sexuality. Some others struggle to come out. And some still carry the scars of past bullying. Some men feel a lot of shame because of their sexuality.
Some men question their hook-up apps use, pornography use or their sexual behaviours with others. They can feel distressed if they feel that their sex life has become out of control.
This 12-week workshop aims to help you make sense of all the confusing heterosexual-normative messages, heal the wound of past bullying and heal the shame. Together, we will begin to explore thoroughly your masculinity and sexuality. We will explore your erotic mind and identify what works for you. We will address homo-negativity in order to facilitate a process of change so that you can have a flourishing life.
This workshop is not therapy. It is a Masculinity Coaching Workshop with some therapeutic elements. It is a non-shaming, sex-positive workshop.

  • A Space For Men: Toxic Masculinity.
Are you in frequent conflict with your partner or women?
Are you often angry or outraged?
Do you struggle to keep up with the masculinity standards of society?
Do you feel less manly than other men?
Do you think you need to be dominant in order to feel good as a man?
Do you think your masculine behaviour is problematic?
Have you been told that you’re a misogynist or homophobic?

The #MeToo movement has given a much needed voice for women who have been hurt by Toxic Masculinity for too long. Faced with this movement, many men have started to question their masculine behaviours but they are lacking a space where they can safely explore their masculinity, reflect on their behaviours, become more self-aware and learn new ways of being a man.
Although the emphasis in the media is on white heterosexual men, Toxic Masculinity is observed in all ethnicity.
My unique 12-week programme aims to help men explore their masculinity in a safe and non-judgemental space.
I provide a space for men to help them explore:
  • How they perceive their masculinity.
  • The messages they gathered from childhood and in their adult life that inform how they behave now.
  • How they can challenge some unhelpful thoughts and behaviours regarding their masculinity and their interactions with same-sex and opposite-sex people.
  • How to learn new, functional, rich, vibrant and various ways to be a man and respectful to women.
  • How to make sense of their thoughts, feelings and behaviours in relation to their gender and their sexuality.
The Space for Men is a confidential, non-shaming, non-judgmental space where there is no risk of being criticised for exploring all aspects of masculinity.

How to get started with the workshop
First, we will arrange an initial consultation to discuss your struggles, circumstances and needs. We will assess whether A Space For Men is an appropriate space for you and what workshop is more suitable for you.

After a mutual agreement to get started on a workshop, we will make weekly arrangements for appointments. The 12-week programme is designed for a weekly 50-minute session once a week. There may be gaps in between weeks to allow for holidays or other commitments, but it is important to keep the weeks as regular as possible for best outcomes.

Sessions are to be paid individually on the day. Or you may pay the full amount at the start of the workshop.
The initial consultation and the 12 sessions cost £120 each.
